Prompts are read-only. The app intentionally provides no text box for spiritual beliefs, prayer requests, counseling details, health information, or personal stories.
Small actions, clear limits.
Eight practice groups cover attention, welcome, reliability, mercy, service, repair, neighborliness, and stewardship. They are optional ideas, not official programs.
Twelve adult conversation cards.
Cards support private, in-person conversation. There is no chat, profile, group management, participant list, recording, moderation system, or upload.
A foreground interval—not a health feature.
The two-, five-, or ten-minute countdown runs only while the screen is open. It does not monitor breathing, movement, stress, sleep, mood, audio, or physical condition.
Sources, scope, and local control.
The Source Shelf identifies official identity references and original editorial material. The Privacy Center prints all eighteen policy sections and includes deletion of the selected carry card.
